Classes

Our baby gymnastics classes (3 months–walking) are a fun first adventure! Each session starts with a warm-up song, followed by weekly-changing circuits focused on sensory play, development, social interaction, and building strength.

Our program fosters parent involvement as children explore the exciting world of circuits! Together, you and your little ones can develop essential walking, balance, and coordination skills in a fun and engaging environment. 

Walking - 3 years​

Structured 1-hour sessions tailored to build skills and achieve your gymnasts goals. Our focused approach provides the guidance your gymnasts need for personal development with the opportunity for yearly internal competitions.

4 - 18 years

Training up to three hours per week, working alongside pathways. This dedication prepares them for internal and external competitions, showcasing their skills and talent.

INVITATION ONLY

Training on four apparatus, dedicating up to 6 hours per week. This training, alongside regional pathways, prepares athletes for competitive success and overall development.

Join our adult gymnastics class for ages 18 and up, open to all abilities! Each one-hour session starts with a group warm-up, followed by time to learn new skills with coach's guidance. Whether you're a beginner or refining techniques we’re here to support you!​
